Course

10k loop on single & double track forest trails
For timed events, measurement to the 2.5k, 5k and 7.1k marks
Place is determined by number of laps + time for 6,12 & 24 hour races (30k racers must complete full laps, no partial laps counted)
Start Times: 6,12,24 Hour Events = 8 a.m. 30k = 8:30 a.m.
Course runs right through the start/finish line - great for staging your crew and fan support

dirty girl Awards & OUS Points
To qualify for an age category award in one of the dirty girls awards ceremonies, you must run at least three laps in the six hour event; five laps in the twelve hour event, and eight laps in the twenty-four hour event. For the OUS points series, any distance qualifies you for points.

Aid Stations

5k mark + start/finish
All the usual over-abundance of salty, chocolatey treats at the aid stations + HEED (Hammergel) + Water
Please plan your race responsibility - REFUEL regularly. August can be deceivingly HOT, despite rain. Carry extra water + electrolytes
St. Johns AMBULANCE at start/finish
Bag drop off morning-of (no car access to 5k aid station). CLEARLY LABEL your bag!

Swag

Technical tops - Gals "dirty girl" and Dudes "I did the dirty girls" screened on the backsides
NOTE: To be guaranteed to receive your top on event day, you MUST be signed up by July 1st, otherwise, we're guessing your sex & size!

Post-Race Food

Typically big fat burgers (veggie burgers for our nature-lovin' runners!)

Washrooms/Showers

Mens/Ladies indoor washrooms at start/finish + running water (NON-POTABLE)
Porta-potties at start/finish *NEW*
No showers but a lovely, fair-sized creek ~ a 15minute walk to the south of the property
